General Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Sale of IM’IN Tickets

1. Purpose and hierarchy
These General Terms and Conditions ("Ticket T&Cs") govern the purchase, use, resale (redemption), and management of IM’IN Silver Tickets and IM’IN Gold Tickets on the IM’IN platform (the "Platform"). They complement the IM’IN General Terms of Use (GTU) and the Privacy Policy.
In case of conflict, these Ticket T&Cs prevail for all matters related to the purchase, sale, and use of IM’IN Tickets. By purchasing, using, or redeeming Tickets, you fully and unconditionally accept these Ticket T&Cs.
2. Definitions
- Silver Tickets
- Virtual units available for purchase on the Platform; non-transferable and non-resellable; used exclusively to enter paid duels and tournaments.
- Gold Tickets
- Virtual units not available for purchase, awarded as performance rewards in paid duels and tournaments; they may be used to enter paid events or redeemed (sold back) to IM’IN via the Platform, at a rate set by IM’IN.
- Tickets
- Tickets are not electronic money within the meaning of EU financial regulations (Directive 2009/110/EC) and constitute a right to access competitive services only. Tickets have no monetary value outside the IM’IN ecosystem.
3. Account verification and parental authorization
- Each user must have a single verified account and provide accurate information.
- IM’IN may request identity verification (KYC) before validating purchases or redemptions.
- Accounts belonging to minors are permitted, provided that their legal guardian has authorized the account creation and any associated payment operations. IM’IN reserves the right to request proof of parental consent at any time.
- IM’IN may freeze balances in case of suspected fraud, chargeback, AML/CTF concerns, or rule breaches, pending investigation.
4. Purchase of Silver Tickets
- Silver Tickets may be purchased via the payment service providers available on the Platform. Availability of methods may vary by country.
- Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- You confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
- No refunds will be issued after purchase, except in the event of a proven Platform error or where required by applicable consumer law.
- EU withdrawal right: by requesting immediate crediting and use of Silver Tickets (digital service), you expressly consent to the immediate execution and acknowledge you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the Tickets are credited to your account.
5. Use of Tickets
- Silver Tickets grant access to paid duels and tournaments and are non-transferable, non-resellable, and account-bound.
- Gold Tickets are earned through player performance in paid competitions; they may be used for participation or redeemed under Article 6.
- Tickets cannot be transferred between users, traded, or used outside the Platform. Any sale or transfer attempt outside IM’IN is strictly prohibited.
- Any external betting, side wagers, or gambling related to IM’IN matches is prohibited and may result in account termination and confiscation of Tickets.
6. Redemption (sale back) of Gold Tickets
- The Platform provides a secure redemption process for Gold Tickets, subject to:
- completion of identity verification (KYC) when required by regulations;
- a redemption rate determined unilaterally by IM’IN and displayed at the time of transaction;
- applicable fees and commissions, disclosed before confirmation.
- IM’IN may apply minimum redemption thresholds, payout schedules, or temporary holds for compliance or anti-fraud purposes.
- In case of fraud, chargeback, market manipulation, or violation of the GTU, IM’IN may suspend redemption, freeze balances, and notify competent authorities if required.
- Users are solely responsible for declaring any proceeds from Gold Ticket redemptions to the tax authorities of their country of residence. IM’IN may share relevant data with authorities upon lawful request.
7. Fees, rates, and currency
- The applicable fees and redemption rate are displayed at the time of each transaction.
- All transactions are processed in USD. If your funding currency differs, your bank or provider may apply conversion fees beyond IM’IN’s control.
8. Prohibited conduct and security
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Multiple or shared accounts
- Use of bots, macros, or automation tools
- Collusion or match manipulation
- Circumvention of geo-restrictions (VPN, proxy, etc.)
- Off-platform sale or transfer of Tickets
- Fraudulent payments or identity falsification
Violations may lead to account suspension, confiscation of Tickets, and legal action where applicable.
9. Service availability and external events
- IM’IN is not responsible for tournament or event cancellations caused by game publisher decisions (e.g., maintenance, patch updates, or outages). In such cases, used Tickets may be re-credited as Silver Tickets, unless stated otherwise on the event page.
- IM’IN strives to maintain 24/7 access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
10. Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, IM’IN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data.
- In any case, IM’IN’s total liability is limited to the amount spent by the user on Silver Tickets during the 12 months preceding the incident that caused the alleged loss, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Modifications
IM’IN may amend these Ticket T&Cs at any time. Users will be notified by email, site notification, or other appropriate means at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Tickets after this date implies full acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Ticket T&Cs are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
