These GTU define conditions under which IM’IN OÜ provides the IM’IN platform.
Purpose
These General Terms of Use ("GTU") define the conditions under which the company IM’IN OÜ, registered under Estonian jurisdiction, publisher of the IM’IN website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), provides you with a competitive gaming platform where you can participate in:
- Free ranked duels, where you play for ELO points.
- Paid cash-prize duels.
- Paid cash-prize tournaments.
Our competitions are available 24/7 worldwide.
Article 1 — Acceptance of the General Conditions
To register and play on the Site, you must expressly accept these Terms by checking the box provided for this purpose on the Site. You declare and acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms; if applicable, you will be informed of changes to allow you to read and accept them. Failure to comply with updated T&C within 30 days after notification will result in suspension of the account until regularization.
To register for duels and tournaments, you declare and acknowledge having read and accepted the IM'IN competition rules. To buy and resell tournament tickets, you declare and acknowledge having read and accepted the conditions of sales and ticket repurchases. You must also have read the IM'IN Privacy Policy.
Any refusal of the GTU, the competition rules, or the sales and ticket purchase conditions will result in the immediate suspension of the account and the confiscation of unused Tickets.
IM’IN may occasionally organize promotional campaigns involving distribution of “Silver Tickets” or other virtual rewards to registered users. Each promotional operation is governed by its own specific regulation, available on the Site. Participation in any IM’IN promotional campaign implies full acceptance of both these General Terms of Use and the specific rules of the campaign concerned. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate such campaigns at any time, without notice and without compensation.
Article 2 — Terms of registration and player commitments
2.1 Creation of the provisional account
The use of the Site requires registration using the online form. Without an account, it is impossible to play on the Site. You must have only one active account.
Registration procedures
You must enter the following personal data: name, first name, date of birth, place of birth, title (Madam, Miss, Sir), home address, and email address, as well as a photo of both sides of your ID and a selfie video. Documents that are altered, partially masked, or inconsistent will be rejected without recourse. Any data provided by you is under your sole responsibility and cannot engage the liability of the Company. The Company reserves the right to prohibit inappropriate pseudonyms (political, racist, pornographic, insulting, violent, or advocating drugs/weapons).
Operation of the provisional account
When you register, the account is created provisionally pending validation by a site administrator. You cannot resell tournament tickets or access any duel or tournament before final validation.
2.2 Definitive account validation
The Company verifies the documents you submitted to ensure the data matches the documents. Once verification is complete, an administrator will validate your account, granting full access to the Site’s features.
2.3 How the account works
Connection precautions: ensure links directing you to IM’IN pages are legitimate. The browser address must start with https://www.imin.uno/ and display a padlock. Each login requires your email and password. Any connection with your credentials is deemed to have been made by you. Disconnect after each session and keep credentials confidential. Voluntary disclosure of your credentials to a third party will result in account closure and exclusion from the Site. Notify the Company immediately of unauthorized use; the account will be temporarily deactivated pending investigation.
Change of identification elements: inform the Company of any change in identification data and send supporting documents within thirty (30) days. Failure to do so or submission of inconsistent documents will result in account closure with email notification of the reason.
Account operations: you must be the author of all purchases and sales on your account and the holder of the linked payment methods. To request ticket sales, you must provide an IBAN and BIC in your name. Once a sale is requested, an administrator will verify your ticket balance and account history. The Company may hold payments if disputes are unresolved. After confirmation, an invoice will be sent to your email, and a bank transfer will be made to your account.
2.4 Silver and Gold Tickets
The Site operates with two types of virtual units:
- Silver Tickets: obtained through purchase on the Site or through promotional campaigns. Silver Tickets allow participation in paid duels or tournaments but have no real monetary value and cannot be resold or transferred between users.
- Gold Tickets: obtained only as rewards from duels or tournaments. Gold Tickets can be resold to IM’IN through the marketplace, at a fixed rate defined by the Company.
Both types of Tickets are virtual units used solely within the IM’IN ecosystem. They do not represent real money, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be exchanged outside the IM’IN platform. Any attempt to buy, sell, or exchange Tickets outside the Site is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent account closure.
Article 3 — Closing of the account
The Company will close the player’s account when the holder:
- Requests it;
- Is recognized as a "cheater" by using unauthorized programs;
- Fails to provide updated contact details or supporting documents within sixty (60) days;
- Fails to accept corrections of personal data when discrepancies are found.
Closure results in the reservation or confiscation of the Tickets present on the account. The Company will inform you by email of the reason for this closure.
Article 4 — Fraudulent activities
The Company is committed to fair play and combating fraudulent activity. It will close any account involved in such actions. Without waiving other remedies, the Company may issue warnings, suspend, or terminate a player’s access if the player:
- Violates these Terms, competition rules, or sales contracts;
- Opens more than one account;
- Shares their account;
- Engages in fraud, collusion, or cheating;
- Uses any cheating software or methods (subject to permanent ban, confiscation of Tickets, report to authorities, and recovery of winnings);
- Uses stolen or forged payment or identity documents.
Fraud detection methods include human moderation and automated alerts based on behavioral criteria. In case of suspicion, accounts are blocked pending investigation. Confirmed frauds are reported to authorities. If the account is closed for violation, all bonuses or promotional offers are forfeited.
Article 5 — Fight against money laundering
To prevent money laundering, the Company verifies player identity and documentation manually and forbids any ticket transfer between players. In case of suspicion, accounts are blocked pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, balances are restored.
Article 6 — Security check
The Company reserves the right to perform security checks at any time to verify identity, age, or registration data. You agree to provide the requested information promptly. Failure to do so will result in account closure. Connection IP, dates, and browsing history are logged for verification purposes, in accordance with the privacy policy. These records may be accessed by public authorities under applicable regulations.
Article 7 — Free complaint procedure
To file a complaint (regarding account or Site operation), email: support@imin.uno. A case file will be opened and assigned a reference number. Customer Support will follow the case until full resolution.
Article 8 — Personal data and privacy policy
IM’IN undertakes, in accordance with applicable law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), to guarantee the protection, confidentiality, and security of user data. In the context of promotional campaigns or reward systems (including random draws), IM’IN may process additional data such as game activity, participation status, and eligibility information. This processing is carried out in compliance with the GDPR, based on IM’IN’s legitimate interest in managing its community and promotional events. The list of winners may be publicly displayed using only usernames or pseudonyms, in accordance with campaign regulations and privacy standards.
Article 9 — Promotional Campaign “$50,000 in Silver Tickets”
The amount of "$50,000" refers to the total equivalent value of Silver Tickets distributed during the campaign and does not represent a direct monetary payout. IM’IN OÜ may organize the promotional campaign known as “$50,000 in Silver Tickets,” which distributes free Silver Tickets to randomly selected active users, according to specific eligibility criteria and milestones. The detailed rules governing this campaign are publicly available on the official page /50k-campaign. Participation is free of charge, requires no purchase, and is subject to full compliance with this regulation. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the campaign at any time, in accordance with its published rules. Silver Tickets granted under this campaign cannot be converted into money, transferred, or exchanged, and are subject to the same usage conditions as those defined in Article 2.4.
Article 10 — Force majeure
The Company cannot be held responsible for any interruption in the operation of the Site due to a case of force majeure, under the conditions provided by law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.
